Simple and straightforward. The interviewer was very respectful of me and everyone else there. I was asked about my recent experience in managing people and was introduced to the staff. They even made me a shake!

Tell me about a time you had to deliver difficult news to someone.
Textbook questions that weren't relevant to the job, or the skill set required or to be learned. I was interviewed by a 21 year old kid that didn't seem to have the social ease and experience to evaluate candidates older than him. A very unfriendly experience, as we were all queued up sitting and standing in line like cattle.
