I did have a bartending license which is required to hold a bartending job anyway. The interview overall was fine and not too challenging with the questions but know that applebees isn't exactly the go to place to be a flair bartender. The interview went well and i did not feel uncomfortable.

Unorganized they scheduled an interview but don’t have you come in for the interview. I waited almost and hour after my scheduled time in order to be seen and it just wasn’t a great experience

Asked me about my previous work experience and asked a couple of drink recipes. In general was fairly simple and questions were easy to answer if you have experience behind the bar.

Three rounds of interviews for this place? It’s kind of ridiculous to have that many interviews for any bartender job, let alone this one. Easy, but a total waste of time.
