Interview process was virtually non-existent. I was referred for the job by a friend which gave me a leg up but the store was also severely understaffed and they were willing to take anyone they could get. The experience was less of an interview and more of a confirmation of my willingness to work.

Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
The interview process was quick and easy. They had me come in the morning and ask very basic questions about my previous experience in the industry and some behavior questions
