I recently went through the interview process for an Assistant Manager position, and it was quite comprehensive. Initially, I submitted my application online, and about a week later, I was contacted for a phone screening. This was a brief call with HR to discuss my background and why I was interested in the position. I was then invited to a virtual interview with the hiring manager, where we delved deeper into my management style and problem-solving skills. The questions were challenging but fair, focusing on how I handle team conflicts and drive performance. After successfully passing this round, I participated in a panel interview with senior leaders, which was more about cultural fit and my long-term career aspirations. Overall, the experience was structured and gave me a good insight into the company’s values and expectations.

Laid back, manager seemed really eager and a mess. Worked out of a notebook didnt have any actual interview questions to give me. The place was super dirty. Not sure how I truely feel about the postion ,seems like id have to sell my soul and not see my family to work there....
