Over all interview process was smooth. They Took Total 6 Rounds of interview . Two Technical plus two managerial and one HR. What i felt is that the projects they are having is more of oracle applications implementation . So more question are related to oracle technologies.

The interview got scheduled over skype. The person who is taking interview is Unprofessional. He did not even share his video, but asked me to keep the video!!!!!! Really?
More than an Experienced Interview he is more interested in Fill in the blank questions types. Even if you answer the question and tells the approaches you got, he does not accept until the approach he knows!!!! But trust me he just sucks in updating his knowledge. Never a single question about Experience or Implementations.
After 15min of the interview, Even some of the questions he asked does not even makes sense. I got so frustated with his behavior, such that I said it right away that it does not make sense in the interview.
I have couple of innovations wrt to the technology I interviewed and literally Zero questions or no discussion about it. They never looks the resume. I am afraid to work in the team with him! lol
If you are applying for this AST Corp, prepare for fill in blank answers and they never ask single question about your exp or project or the projects implemented or any innovations!!

1. Tell me 3 options placed in the dropdown menu of right top corner of migration center.
2. Tell me the way you can revert the values during xxxx scenario. He says dont write pricing logic and he wants it to be in single CLICK. [ I said three scenarios, two are system provided and one is with customization, but does not want that]. he said will write again some logic [ Where he mentioned we are not suppoused to write logic, when asked for the same his ego got hurt].
3. How do you check null values in XSL.
4. Tell me all the function names used to populate names in xxxx scenario.

It’s quite an unusual experience for a candidate at AST Inda. It has been duly noted and reflected upon. We strive towards becoming better at what we do, and this is a matter we will certainly look to improve upon in the future.
I also have a confirmation from Recruitment team, it's resume screening process which you are referring here and not technical interview.
