The interview got scheduled over skype. The person who is taking interview is Unprofessional. He did not even share his video, but asked me to keep the video!!!!!! Really? More than an Experienced Interview he is more interested in Fill in the blank questions types. Even if you answer the question and tells the approaches you got, he does not accept until the approach he knows!!!! But trust me he just sucks in updating his knowledge. Never a single question about Experience or Implementations. After 15min of the interview, Even some of the questions he asked does not even makes sense. I got so frustated with his behavior, such that I said it right away that it does not make sense in the interview. I have couple of innovations wrt to the technology I interviewed and literally Zero questions or no discussion about it. They never looks the resume. I am afraid to work in the team with him! lol If you are applying for this AST Corp, prepare for fill in blank answers and they never ask single question about your exp or project or the projects implemented or any innovations!!
