The person interviewing was knowledgeable and took keen interest in what I was looking for in the job opportunity. The interview was followed by a another interview. Overall the interview experience was good.

This is the worst interview. For the first time, I've been asked to give them my previous employment pay stub. It seems like if you are willing to get monkey pay, they will proceed the interview. There's no introduction of what the company is doing, benefits that they were offer etc.
