Worst Interviewer, he doesn't have much idea on java, 8+ years experienced was assigned for an 1-1 interview with a Junior who doesn't have capability to understand the logic for the code which we have written in written test , asking college Viva questions, Interviewer is trying to reject from the very beginning with cool attitude, Bangalore based startup companies will give you better experience with awesome question which puzzles your brain, In applied materials, interviewers look at your resume first, where and companies you have worked and they will understand your current salary position, if you have worked from Tier 1 companies who are paymasters, you won't get the offer, better avoid interview with applied materials, you will regret later.we spend our time and energy in going there to face challenging questions , buy they will ask you college viva questions and they will not look at your technical skills they will look only where and all you have worked, if they sense your CTC is lesser than them, then you will be hired!!
