Telephone interview: background, knowledge, interest of the position
On site interview: Knowledge of the company, understanding of semiconductor industry, basic sense of order management, understanding of the key requirement and potential risk of the position, proficiency of Oracle system, operation practice of the system.
At last, a background check is required.
