Applied to couple of roles and was contacted by recruiter who set up interviews with two hiring managers for 2 different roles. When i spoke with the first HM over the phone she sounded disinterested and not energetic at all. I felt like she was just doing this interview to check her boxes! Anyway the next HM was fine with her interview but suddenly while i was in the middle of an answer she said she was pressed for time and bid goodbye. After all this pure silence prevailed. I reached out to the recruiters for an update and till today no idea what was the decision! Since recruiting is automated it should not be that difficult to send a rejection notice :) Candidate experience is important and valuing others time and effort only establishes that you are considerate and professional.
