Call me from HR to schedule interview onsite (although corona virus). Onsite, I waited 20 min post the interview start time because the security at the entrance didnot figure out who is the head of the team (it was written but they told at the beginning they doesn't know anybody here that has this name).

Initial interview with hiring manager, Asked for general interest in the role, and relevant projects on my resume. Said I was a good fit for the role and they would get back shortly. No communication whatsoever despite follow ups for 2 weeks only to get rejected anonymously on the careers portal.
