Applied online on 03/20. After 7 days I received an email from Recruiter requesting for a screening interview 8 days out adding telling me to call him instead of the other way around. After going back and forth in trying to secure the date for the first interview/Recruiter screening, he then suggested another week out! That's the time I decided that I am just being processed to be checked off their list as a DEI candidate. My application unfortunately end up with a racist recruiter.
