1st interview standard phone screen. 2nd interview was strange. I was not given any information on who I would interview with as well as what would be discussed. When it came to the interview, the interviewer didn't seem like they were used to interviewing. This is fair because I believe they were just a member of the team and not a manager. After that it was a basic introduction and resume review. The technical questions were more conceptional and not hard, It was a bit confusing to understand as the questions were very broad and wasn't provided much clarification upon asking. Overall average interview, but I recommend asking to take notes as it was a little difficult following along.

Their recruiter reached out with a pre-defined date in her email for a 30 min interview which I accepted. On the scheduled date and time I was expecting her call which I never received (No emails and nothing to let me know). After I emailed her, she responded she was on another call with one of their presidents and asked for my availability the next day. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
