I was sourced by a current employee at the time and invited to interview. The process was smooth and easy. They steered away from the typical interview questions and got right down to business— asking a lot of in depth questions about our customers and employees. I also appreciated being introduced to the back office tea after my interview. Culture is important to this organization and they wanted to make sure I would fit in well!
