Internal recruiter reached out to me to perform the phone screen. Next interviewed with managers which both were fine and this interview was completely normal . The final interview was with directors of the department which is where the interview went poorly.

First meeting was with the recruiter. They only asked me one question, about my background and how it pertains to the role. The recruiter was very friendly and personable. The second interview was with the hiring manager and the project manager. They were both very serious, not personable. The interview wasn’t conversational. Their questions were typical interview questions.
