Interview arranged through a recruiting agency. Fill in a CV form in their format. Face to face interview. What annoys me a bit of the interview was that in their form you provide your knowledge of certain programming languages and knowledge of SQL, explained my exposure to SQL is not that great and was told there was no use to continue. Did you read my CV at all or the form that I had to fill in? This unfortunately gave me a bad experience, not that I didn't get the job but that it really felt as if you didn't check my cv/cv form, could have saved me time and money.
