They don't ask questions that pertain to your job but more-so hypothetical questions about things that don't relate to any of the job requirements. They will not look at how good of a worker you are or have been and it is pretty much a favorites game for who they decide to select.
I had 3 total interviews. 1st with the recruiter, 2nd with two directors of implementation, and third in the home office in Chicago with several middle managers as well as one of the directors.

Colloquio
The interview started with a phone conversation with the recruiter. A skills test was sent to me the following day and took about 30 minutes to complete. After the skills test I was set up with a Skype interview with 2 managers. I was then flown to Chicago for 2 group interviews. The interviews were very serious and the interviewers were hard to read in both the Skype and in person interviews. The recruiter was very nice and helpful.

Colloquio
The order of the process was: Recruitment Call, Skype Interview, In Person Interview. The In Person interview consisted of two interviews between two groups. They flew me over to do the in person interview.
