The hiring process was detailed and structured. I had an initial phone interview, followed by an in office interview, where I was interviewed by a number o employees including the HR director, general manager, and production supervisor. I was then called for a 2nd interview where I met more employees including the 2 buyers that I would eventually serve as their supervisor.
