The interviewing process was in 3 steps.
The first was 15 - 20 minutes Skype interview with typical questions, nothing unexpected. The recruiter was very nice and able to make you feel comfortable.
The next step was case study, very close to company business model. There were questions about market analysis, account management and basic calculations ( if you really understand the business).
The final round was interview in the company. It consisted 2 rounds, each around 45-50 minutes, made by 4 interviewers. I found it a bit exhausting with a lot of detailed questions, which I wasn't prepared for.

Colloquio
There are 4 rounds of interviews: first round HR, second round case study, third round country head, fourth round HQ. The whole process can take at least 1 month. Everyone is friendly. The last round asked a lot of situational questions.
