The process was pretty standard with multiple rounds. first was a phone screening with hr about 30-45 minutes covering basic stuff like experience and salary expectations. then they sent me a take home coding challenge that took me about 2 days to complete. had to write automated test scripts using selenium and show knowledge of page object model and best practices.
after that came the technical interviews which were 2 rounds of about 45-60 minutes each. they asked about automation frameworks, different testing types like unit and integration testing, ci/cd integration, and how to handle flaky tests. some live coding was involved and scenario based questions.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
how would you design an automation framework from scratch for a large e-commerce application with multiple user types and complex workflows?
HR person who reached out was very unprofessional. Didn't respond for days after receiving availability for the interview. Didn't confirm the interview, provide information as to where I was supposed to go (no address), and then refused to provide info about salary expectations, the company, or even the names of who to ask for when I was supposed to show up for the interview. Then they follow up hours later asking why I didn't show up to the interview that was never confirmed. Chose not to pursue the position.

Very quick. You interview with the Program Manager and Clients a few times. First was a phone call interview with Apprio. Then they bring you in to meet with the client. The client has 3 interviewers and brought me in twice. The selection process took 1-2 days.
