The process was pretty standard with multiple rounds. first was a phone screening with hr about 30-45 minutes covering basic stuff like experience and salary expectations. then they sent me a take home coding challenge that took me about 2 days to complete. had to write automated test scripts using selenium and show knowledge of page object model and best practices. after that came the technical interviews which were 2 rounds of about 45-60 minutes each. they asked about automation frameworks, different testing types like unit and integration testing, ci/cd integration, and how to handle flaky tests. some live coding was involved and scenario based questions.
