Colloquio
After applying for the position online I was contacted by the HR-Manager, who asked me a few questions about my current situation in the labour market. That first contact was followed by email correspondence, which gave us a chance to arrange an Skype interview with the director of the company and the manager of the team I would be working in. We had a professional interview on Skype for around 50 minutes where we discussed the motivation behind my application and my career goals in general. Short after this Skype screening I had another phone interview with a German colleague based in Barcelona to test my German skills. Following on this language assessment the HR-Manager and I continued our email communication where she provided me with all the information about the company, commission structure, location, perks, etc. Finally I received the full-time contract which, after careful consideration, I decided to sign.

Overall interview process was quite positive, meeting friendly employees. The HR was a little rude/direct but maybe this was because of a language barrier. Otherwise straight forward questions that were relevant to the role and markets.

Domanda 1
Many questions about salary and commission, which wasn't comfortable. They came across as very results orientated, which is normal in a commission environment where KPI's are everything.

I was contacted by HR Intern initially to join Approach Peoples Team. After that discussion I was invited to Interview in their Blackrock office with HR and the HR Intern. The interview was pretty standard and lasted for about 1 hour. After that interview I was asked if I could stay on longer to meet the Manager and CEO of company. Which I did. The interview was a bit more difficult as they really drove into my recruitment experience and reason for the role. But overall this was a pleasant experience and a good interview. I was offered the role and happily accepted.
