2 rounds...campus placements..first round with company strategy head....normal questions about family & sales...then last round with company ceo..same thing...normal questions..nothing like an interview ..normal chit chat..some other mates had three rounds in which 1 round was conducted by my senior alumni..

Colloquio
Campus selection. They picked up few candidates from a pool of resumes. There were 2 rounds of interview (Skype). The first round was with the HR manager. He shortlisted further from the pool. The 2nd round was with the CEO. They have the final selection list within 2 hours. The offer letter came after 6 days. The joining got delayed twice and finally asked to report after 4 months

Although lot of questions were asked about previous work experience, they mainly stressed on "why do you want to work in this company and why this Industry ?"
