Was headhunted. Had a short screening phone interview with the hiring manager, then an onsite interview with the same manager. This interview was an hour and a half, very well structured, and included two tests. The next phase was a timed home assignment. Then two more back-to-back onsite interviews, a half-an-hour one with a VP, and an hour with HR. A few days after they called to let me know I didn’t get the job, which was nice (they could have only sent an email, not to mention that some companies don’t bother contacting unsuccessful candidates at all).
