I was asked to submit a 2 minutes videos and then I was invited for an interview via zoom with the Hiring Manager in Israel. It was probably the strangest interview I ever had. He used a projector/beamer for the interview which means that he could see me well from a big screen but I could barely see his face since he was so far. And then during the interview he would suddenly (and repeatedly) start walking in the room left and right. The whole setting made me feel like I'm an interrogation room. By the end of the interview he asked me to rate how nervous I'm feeling from 1-10, and when I said 3 he responded saying ''That makes me feel better'' which I think is quite an odd thing to say.

The interview process was quite thorough and extensive but highly enjoyable. In total I had 4 interviews with different people in the organization, I had to create a presentation and also do a mock sales call.

Very open and friendly, but first round with recording yourself is a bit confusing. Practical assignment is not so easy, but interesting.
People are cheerful and friendly.
