recently I went through a comprehensive hiring process that included several interviews with different stakeholders—some focused on technical skills, others on business understanding, and some on cultural and interpersonal fit.

Why certain attribution models can be a potential risk for the company's business
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso AppsFlyer (Tel Aviv) nel mese di mar 2024
Colloquio
Before the interview officially started, the HR representative began with a couple of basic questions in SQL. This unexpected technical check served as a quick assessment of my foundational skills and set the tone for the conversation.

Give me an example of analytics you conducted that led to decision-making. What was the decision that was made?
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso AppsFlyer nel mese di gen 2024
Colloquio
1. HR phone.
2. SQL technical test with two future teammates - given 2 easy SQL questions and 1 trend graph question.
3. Team Leader interview - introduce yourself and some logical questions. For me, the bad experience(!) was that he asked me advanced statistic questions (Really hard) and I had no clue even how to start answering. At the end of the interview, he told me that this question was presented to him when he interviewed for the team leader position (!?!?!).
The result was "you don't have enough experience".
Overall bad interview experience and a waste of time.
