The recruiter called me up for my application and overall interview took about 3 weeks First I had a brief chat with recruiter and getting to know about company and position. Next I was setup a managerial interview with India Head for 45 mins (tech and managerial round). Round 2 was tech interview again with manager which required to be coded on jsfiddle. Round 3 was another tech coding interview with Director of US team again on jsfiddle Round 4 was gain tech interview with the director itself (coding and other tech questions) Round 5 was HR round, where HR asked about your aspirations and discuss salary. After round 5, the HR asked to share the details like payslips and other documents, I was told that I will be issued an offer letter in few days once the lockdown will be released and did not heard back from them at all. When I reached out to them after a month and when lockdown was partially released as well, I was shocked when they told they are not considering me for the role as they had some changes to business strategy. I was told about this news only when I reached out to them, until then I assumed that I am still being considered for the role. Why waste time and ask for all personal details when you have some changes in your business strategy.
