Very relaxed - there were three stages that I had to go through, one written assignment/test with several behavioral-like questions, a 30 minute hangout with the hiring person, and then a phone screen with my would-be supervisor.

A couple of phone screens and then met with several people. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE CEO. Horrendously unprofessional, inappropriate, just vile person. Totally unprepared. Everyone else I met with was friendly and professional. The lack of preparation was across the board though. I hadn't been given some information related to the interview and it looked like most of the interviewers hadn't read my resume or done prep. Again, that was fine for all except the CEO. Meaningless questions, open mouth eating food while talking (eating food during an interview period...), eye rolls, obnoxious comments.
