The interview was in 7 stages, 1) HR discussion 2) Written Assessment (CCAT assessment) 3) Hiring Manager discussion from US 4) Principle Program Manager discussion from US 5) Senior Manager Discussion from AUS 6) Senior Manager discussion from India and 7) Package discussions. The CCAT assessment is the critical step for the next round of interviews. The interview process was so smooth, and the HR was really approachable and posting regular updates on the interview process's status at every stage. HR also provided few tips, resources to get through the CCAT assessment and other rounds of interviews. The compensation discussion also was cordial, and have listened to the candidate requirements. All the interviews were through Zoom meetings, and the assessment was self-proctored with a tool. The post-interview process was also excellent, where I have received the required support from HR, Hiring Manager. I also received many gifts/presents from the US and a personal greeting card from my reporting/hiring manager. It has been 4 weeks now with Apptio, and so far, I had a great experience working with this organisation and got great team support from all.
