The interview is typical for consulting: first, there is a set of general questions related to the background and motivation; then two case studies - one estimation question and one problem on the market strategy of an imaginary company
Two rounds of interview:
First round--> 1 stratgey case plus the fit and motivational part (mostly based on experience, knwoledge of the energy sector and interests)
Second round-->1 strategy case and one competency based interview
