Colloquio
I applied for an interview slot on campus through my school, Kennesaw State University. After the interview, I was contacted (less than a week) and offered a spot at their summer leadership program (SLC). After I attended the summer leadership program I was offered an internship position (the following week). Internships are set well in advance so I began the process in spring 2019, attended the SLC in summer 2019, then received an offer for the following spring 2020. The process is very structured which seems to be the standard.

I interviewed with Tommy Lee and have to say I really enjoyed the interview! It just felt like we were having a conversation. I didn't feel like I was being drilled with questions. It was more of a real attempt to get to know me, what types of interests I have, and how those will fit into the company. They match you to your team by personality (as well as other factors but this is important to them).
