I went through multiple rounds of interviews, starting with the recruiter. The Company has an internal recruiter that reached out and worked to determine if we would be a good fit. Then I interviewed with the specific team over the phone before doing an in office interview with four partners. This gave me a great feel for the structure and culture of the firm.
