1) Aptitude Written Test First two rounds will be usually conducted as Pool Campus Drive from FirstNaukari.com. Aptitude Round is quite easy. I recommend RS Agarwal book( at least learn solved examples). 2) Technical Written Test It is pure technical question based on C, Java basic programming concepts,Data Structures,Algorithms,Operating System Scheduling Algorithms. Proper Understanding of the concepts and practical applications & implementation on it is more than enough. 3) Technical Face to Face Round-1(Pure Technical in office premises) Here same concepts as in 2nd round and sometimes Database,Network basics and Threading concepts. 4) Technical Face to Face Round-2(Managerial Round in office premises) Mostly will be your manager.Ask you to write programs. Will be looking at your logical approach. Learn all simple programs that you have done while C,C++,Java languages.Also will look at your communication skills and attitude. 5) HR Round in office premises Positive and Genuine Attitude is enough to clear this round.
