This is totally night shift. 1st round is unnecessary for experienced professionals. HR won’t give instructions on that, she will never call. She don’t do her part of work. Due to her madness anybody can loose the opportunity. After cleaning all the rounds,at the final, In manager round; i got to know they are not ready to hire because of my salary expectations and they didn’t have budget. I understood, when manager started asking irrelevant questions nothing related to this job role. The manager round went well, as per my experience I did well. After 1 day, i got a response from HR saying I haven’t cleared my interview. I don’t know why the hell they do interviews if they don’t have budget to hire us!! HR and Manager are unprofessional.
