I apply online after seeing a posting on LinkedIn. Heard back about 1-2 weeks later for a phone interview. The recruiter was unprofessional. Emailed to reschedule the call a hour before. Didn’t interview until the following week. After the phone interview they have you take a timed aptitude test (ccat) and personality test. Did not get a response from the recruiter. They just ghost you once they no longer want to move forward with the interview process.
Aptitude -40 questions In 20 min, 28 personality related questions. Mths, logic and spatial questions. Bit easy to attend. Video Proctoring method followed

An online screening test is pretty simple. The second round is the interview consists of TR and HR questions. I don't know why I got rejected I answered everything right but still got rejected.

Colloquio
I was called by the recruiter, and we had a brief discussion of my qualifications. She said she thought I would be a great candidate, but before she could set-up the second Interview, I needed to do a 50-Q in 15 minute test. I let her know, I am poor at tests, and she assured me, that was not the "End-all-be-all", so I used the prep info she sent. I followed it's advice, but I was still sure I did badly. I have emailed her several time with no reply.
