If you can pick up the speed it is easy to crack, and aptitude test is compulsory for all roles in this company. 2nd round is basic grammar test and also you are required to describe few procedures in writing. After written test you will have a technical round interview followed by hr round.

The third round is a face-to-face interview with the manager. They usually ask questions from your CV, so be thorough on whatever in mentioned in your CV. The fourth round is the final round with the HR. Basic questions like - What is the skills that you have for us to consider you the best for this role? Being a B.E pass-out, why Technical Writing? Etc.. There is no salary discussion for a fresher but they offered me a decent package.
