Colloquio

It was a campus placement. They started by first giving the presentation about what the company is all about and it's culture followed by the GD. The topic was related to digitalization. After clearing the GD, there was one round of PI taken by 2 people, which was interactive and they made me comfortable. Overall, the process was quite smooth and the difficulty level was average.

The interview was held online . It consisted of 1 round. The process was smooth and seamless and timely. The panel made me feel comfortable. It was lovely communicating with the panel. Each and everything was well communicated before.

Two rounds of GD & personal interview, GD topics was respective to current affairs and personal interview was more specific to domain knowledge, also the panel for interview was a group 6 they will ask multiple questions at same time so that they can see how you will manage answering/addressing all of them without getting panicked.

The senior board members are directly involved in selection and intervew processes. Moreover a very experienced panel consisting of HR,CEO,Etc make it very encouraging to join the organisation. The campus process was kept very basic as another open organisation would have kept.Moreover the key characteristics were sought for,ie confidence, aptitude,etc
