Applied online. Was contacted within a week. First online Interview with hiring managers. Was then invited for an on site interview. Had to present previous work. Interviewers were nice. Offer came in 2 weeks.

Colloquio
1. F2F Interview (Technical)
The Departmental Team Lead interviewed the candidates. This was basically a technical round with some general HR questions for screening of candidates
2. CAD test
Screened Candidates were then taken for testing their CAD skills.
3. F2F Interview (General/HR)
The Departmental Manager interviews the candidate to check if one is suited to the work culture. This round is nominal and only to confirm a candidate's selection.
