Colloquio
Two rounds of interviews: one preliminary with HR and basic screening questions and couple easy technicals; second round with upper management consisting on four 30 min interviews (variety of styles: culture fit, technicals, basic interview questions)
30 min conversation. All behavioral questions and 1 basic technical question: "What are the names of the 3 financial statements?" One persons asks the questions, the other takes notes of everything you say.

Colloquio
First round was one on one, basic technical/ behavioral questions. 2nd round was four sets of 30 minute interviews, where they each looked for a certain characteristic (leadership, communication, etc) - but again pretty standard, no curveballs.
