I recently interviewed with Aptiv, referred by a friend. The interview ran longer than expected, stretching from one hour to two, with questions mainly about my current projects and programming skills. Despite passing the technical round, the managerial interview left a bad taste. The manager was rude and asked personal questions, which I declined to answer.
After reading reviews on AmbitionBox and Glassdoor, I was concerned about the company's reputation. Many reviews highlighted issues with job security and a negative work culture. It's surprising to see a Tier 1 company rated only 3.5 stars.
Considering my experience and the reviews, I've decided to steer clear of Aptiv. Job security and a respectful workplace are crucial, so it's important to be cautious when considering new opportunities.

I got a call from a recruiter initially and asked me about the availability to schedule a first level of technical discussion. They have invited me for an 1 hour interview. And they scheduled another half of an hour interview at next day, it's a continuation of the first level of interview. They have been satisfied with my answers. The next day a managerial round was conducted. They're asking about the motive of your job change and relocation. The next day in the HR round, HR is so friendly in nature. She took that meeting smoothly.
