Easy process, but if you have the experience, don't apply. They are looking for someone to groom and not someone with the actual experience. I would have ended the call but I have more class. This is a great place to work if retired, out of the military or someone who is just in the early stages of their career. It was a scripted call with generic questions. The managers never explained the job in detail and what the daily tasks would be. At the end of the call, I was ready to ask some questions but they were more interested in ending the call. Huge RED FLAG. A lot of these managers fear that you are aiming for their job which is not the case. I just want to share my honest review and looking to help others so they are not let down or disappointed.
