The whole process consists of 3 rounds of interviews. First was the technical interview where they will ask questions based on your interest to find out if you know the basic of your interest and how much you need to improve or proficiency for the required role.

After my profile was shortlisted,Initial screening by was done by HR along with salary expectations then Technical round followed by a manegerial round.
All the rounds were online.
This was for a senior software developer role with 5 years of experience.

2nd round is the HR round.
