This was a very time consuming 4 stage process. First was a basic interview with two people with a 40 minute logic test. Then I was asked to complete a very lengthy series of Q programming exercises which took several days. Then I was invited back and had a 1:1 interview with one of the developers about my Q exercise solutions. Then I had another technical interview with two people. From the beginning it was evident that they had no intention of hiring me. The final stage interviewers seemed very uninterested and a bit condescending of my technical background. I have heard similar accounts from people who have applied and progressed through this process for the same position. Very very blunt and abrupt rejection email. I asked for feedback in and my email was ignored. I would advise against applying here if you don't want your time wasted.
