Terrible, had 1 interview which went well. Then they decided they wanted a 2nd interview, so I turned up 30 mins early, this inconvenienced them and I was asked to return 5 mins before the interview. One of the interviewers was eating biscuits throughout the interview. The feedback was they liked me, but they wouldn't offer me a job until they had recruited a manager. There was no structure in place for appraisals, completely disorganised and no structure
