Very relaxed easy process. One interview. It was conducted by the region manager. They offered me the job at the end of the video. My interviewer was extremely kind and laid back.

How much I wanted to get paid. How many hours I wanted to work. Why I wanted to be a lifeguard. Where I wanted to work.
It was over the phone; it was enjoyable. I was also asked to send a picture of myself because the interviewer was unable to see how I looked. Little preparation was needed.
