I had 2 phone interviews before going into the office for an inperson interview with 2 participants. It was at the office in a fairly relaxed environment. I didn’t need to meet with anyone higher than the hiring manager.
I went through 4 rounds of interviews, including recruiter, hiring manager, a senior project manager in the team, a supervisor in the team, and a peer in the team, then got the offer.

They scheduled the interview and never showed up.
After 20 min (15 past interview start time) I was booted from the room because no one from Aquent arrived.
Extremely unprofessional. What a waste of time
Everything leading up to the interview process went well. The team was quick to respond, and after two phone calls I was invited in for the interview. I thought it went very well and I was asked to come back to meet with additional people. But that was it...they never provided any follow-up. I reached out to see when we were scheduling my second interview, and they still never followed-up. I thought this was very unprofessional. If that is how you treat people, it is certainly not the type of organization I want to work for. If you are no longer interested- just be honest!
