Well, to be honest: the Hiring process was too long enough. Regarding Interviews: Interviews started with my typing skill checked, questions regarding my past experience & my knowledge of Arabic. Capability in Ms Office Environment & writing of letters & logically handling of Administration tasks, with minimal supervision.
