Online application. In phone interview. Then received an offer. Other employees had to do a panel interview with about 5-6 interviewers, then received an offer. Recruiter/Interviewer was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I heard back within a week or two and was surprised to receive an official offer. I was expecting to have a in person panel interview.
