My initial screening was canceled, followed by a weekend of automated harassment to reschedule. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled, only to go through the entire interview and pitch myself before being told the position was already filled. The recruiter then continued to ask for my salary expectations and background. The entire process was a mess and highly unprofessional. Advice to Management: Do not interview candidates for closed positions just to gather data. It's a massive waste of time. Bullet dodged.
