I applied in April on a Wednesday and had a phone interview that Friday. She said that she would call me in the next week with an update. Instead she called me about an hour later extending an invitation for an in-person interview for the following Monday. Provided excellent driving/parking directions and provided a parking pass. Was very friendly and took me to a conference room where I met with another woman. It was very relaxed and they were very nice and went back and forth with questions. They knew it was an entry-level job and not a "forever job". After the interview they told me they'd contact me within two weeks because I was their first interview. A month went by and I followed up and she replied saying it was taking longer than usual. Two more weeks went by and I tried getting in contact with her, without success. FINALLY three months later I got an e-mail saying they filled the position.
