Hiring process was quick and simple. I was ask questions about my goals, skills, personality. Typical questions involved why i want to work with Starbucks/Aramark and what makes me different from other candidates.

One phone call and then an in person interview with an offer on the spot. Fairly easy going conversation on a college campus so they were a bit desperate for help.

very easy process, got the job on the day of the interview was mainly experience based questions, really lovely people and an easy interview process, had little experience prior to interview
