one on one interview. Interviewers were very kind and easy to talk to. not a stressful environment at all. they like to know how well your personality will match the job

What experience do you have approaching strangers? Deal with rejection if occurs?
Relatively average interview, comparable to retail interviews at other companies. Generic questions were asked, and even though I did not always give the best answers (in retrospect), I was received an email a few days later saying that I was hired.
